84 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Education if she will obtain funding from the European Social Fund to help finance a multi-dimensional educational facility to be built on the vocational education committee-owned site at Seán McDermott Street, Dublin 1.

As I indicated in my reply to the Deputy's question on 5 May last, my Department is currently considering the case for the provision of a new second level school in the Seán McDermott Street/Summerhill area. Until this examination is completed the question of funding does not arise.
