Question:92 Ms O'Donnell asked the Minister for Health if he will examine the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 6W and establish whether all the proper procedures were adhered to in relation to his hospitalisation in St. Loman's from March, 1992, to October, 1992; if he will investigate in particular the patient's examination by doctors on admission and the adherence to procedures at the point where his committal changed from being voluntary to involuntary.
