58 Ms F. Fitzgerald asked the Minister for Justice if her attention has been drawn to the allegation made by a person (details supplied) that excessive force was used in the deportation of 27 Turkish Kurds at Shannon Airport on 16 November 1992; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
