98 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the reason for the delay in his Department over a period of years where a person (details supplied) in County Cork has been unable to obtain title to his house; and if arrangements will now be made to complete this in the former Land Commission Section.

Due to the complexity of this case, revesting is not yet complete. My Department is making every effort to finalise this case and I will communicate further with the Deputy within a few weeks.
