Question:102 Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for the Marine when a decision will be made on an application for the aquaculture licence submitted several years ago by a person (details supplied) in County Galway.

An application by the person in question for an aquaculture and foreshore licence for the cultivation of clams and scallops at Kilkieran Bay, Co. Galway is currently being processed by the Department. A decision on the application will be made shortly.
