Vol. 435 No. 10

Written Answers. - Commissioning of Reports-Inquiries.

Peter Barry

Question:

124 Mr. Barry asked the Minister for the Environment if his Department has been responsible for commissioning reports and/or inquiries over the past five years; if so, the nature and number of these; their cost; the number published or awaiting publication.

I take it that the question does not relate to reports arising from inquiries held in the normal way in relation to the compulsory purchase of land, motorway schemes, closure of rights of way, etc. The information requested in respect of other relevant reports is being complied and will be forwarded to the Deputy as soon as possible.
