Vol. 435 No. 10

Written Answers. - Location of Environmental Protection Agency.

Avril Doyle

Question:

123 Mrs. Doyle asked the Minister for the Environment whether difficulties have arisen in relation to the locating of the Environmental Protection Agency in Johnstown Castle, County Wexford; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The Agency's accommodation requirements at Johnstown Castle are being examined, inter alia, in the context of the overall 1994 financial requirements of the Agency, for which Wexford has been designated as headquarters. I cannot indicate at this stage the outcome of this examination.
