98 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice if she will have arrangements made for the Garda to investigate a problem at a company (details supplied) in Dublin 7, where residents complain that guard dogs are causing a serious disruption through the night; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

I have been informed by the Garda authorities that a complaint has been made by a resident in the area in question to the District Court in relation to this matter. The Deputy will appreciate that as the matter complained of is sub judice, it would be inappropriate for me to comment on it.
