Question:

87 Mr. Kenneally asked the Minister for Health if he will provide a breakdown, by health board region, of the way in which he proposes to allocate the £4 million that has been provided in 1993 under the new Health (Nursing Homes) Act; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

A sum of £3.98 million was made available to health boards this year for the implementation of the Health (Nursing Homes) Act, 1990. This money has been allocated to health boards as follows:
