Drury Communications Limited has been engaged since 1 August 1993 as public relations consultants to my Department. In addition, for the period 2 March 1992 to 16 July 1993, Carr Communications Limited, public relations consultants, was engaged at the request of the State's legal team in relation to the Tribunal of Inquiry into the Beef Industry.
The total cost of these services was as follows: Drury Communications Limited for 1993: £20,000; Carr Communications Limited for the period of engagement: £98,700.
