Vol. 438 No. 4

Written Answers. - Company Records Information.

Gay Mitchell

Question:

80 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Enterprise and Employment if, in view of the fact that a person (details supplied) was never a director of a company (details supplied) but merely an employee he will ensure that this information is deleted from company records; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The Companies Registration Office has confirmed that the latest statutory return for the company in question does not record the individual in question as a director. This information is publicly available from the Office at Dublin Castle.
