Question:160 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for the Environment whether he intends to make allocations to Kildare County Council for small water and sewerage schemes in 1994; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Detailed arrangements for water and sanitary services schemes generally are being reviewed in the context of the Operational Programme for Environmental Services, now under preparation. I intend shortly to notify the 1994 grant allocation to individual local authorities.
