Question:

76 Mrs. Doyle asked the Minister for the Environment to give details of the reference to urban renewal schemes in page 18, paragraph 4 (1) in the principal features of the 1994 budget, to 15 per cent more of the expenditure on the project before 26 January 1994, as certified by the local authority before 23 February 1994; and whether it is 15 per cent of total expenditure, 15 per cent of site purchased, or 15 per cent of the contract to purchase subject to planning permission.

81 Mrs. Doyle asked the Minister for the Environment if the date of issue referred to in paragraph 1.1.4 of his guidelines issued on 27 January 1994 for certification of extensions of time limits for completion of urban renewal scheme developments means the date of granting of planning permission or the date of granting of the reference number.

82 Mrs. Doyle asked the Minister for the Environment with reference to paragraph 3.3.1. of the guidelines for certification of extensions of time limits for completion of urban renewal scheme developments issued on 27 January 1994, the basis on which at least 15 per cent of the total project costs will be assessed; and whether 15 per cent of site purchase or 15 per cent of the contract to purchase, subject to planning permission, will suffice.

I propose to take Questions Nos. 76, 81 and 82 together.
