Question:25 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Finance if he intends to introduce any modifications in the Finance Bill which will affect the projections outlined in the 1994 budget; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
Written Answers. - Finance Bill Modifications.
The Government's overall budgetary strategy, and our policy in regard to taxation, remains as enunciated in the budget. The 1994 Finance Bill which gives statutory effect to the taxation measures announced in the budget and other miscellaneous financial provisions will be published in due course. The Deputy will then have ample opportunity to examine and debate the various provisions in the Bill.
