Question:73 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for Finance if Ireland has ratified or intends to ratify the UN Convention on Bio-diversity.

Ireland has not yet ratified the convention. Ratification requires Dáil approval and it is hoped to put a motion to that effect to the Dáil later this year.
