155 Mr. Lawlor asked the Minister for Education her Department's involvement in the integrated family/school project, Dóchas, currently in operation at temporary accommodation in Rowlagh Community Centre, Dublin 22; and her Department's financial contribution to the cost of a new purpose-designed centre, the land for which has recently been acquired from the local authority.

My Department sanctioned the secondment of a primary school teacher to the Dochas project on a year to year basis for three years. The teacher is attached to the staff of St. Mary's senior national school, Rowlagh, Clondalkin, Dublin 22.

I am currently researching the situation regarding the centre and I will contact the Deputy shortly in this regard.
