132 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for Health when he received the Ombudsman's report criticising the system of assessing means of applicants for disabled person's maintenance allowance, in comparison with that for applicants for unemployment assistance.

I understand that the Ombudsman's report for 1992 was laid before both Houses of the Oireachtas in May 1993. I received a copy of the report at that time.
