Question:

102 Mr. B. Ahern asked the Minister for Justice the names of all unestablished civil servants appointed since 15 December 1994, including programme managers, special advisers and other staff; and the salaries, duties and terms of appointment of these appointees. [1465/95]

To assist in the implementation of the policy agreement “A Government of Renewal”

The appointment is to a temporary unestablished position and will terminate not later than the date on which the present Minister for Justice ceases to hold that Office

Stephen Brady

Court Crier to Circuit Court Judge

£229.72p.w.

Such duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Judge as appropriate to the position

Temporary on a week to week basis to approximately 17/3/95. Appointment is replacement for person on sick leave.
