(¹) Senator Kelly was appointed Chairperson on 9 January 1995 following the appointment of Deputy Liz McManus as Minister of State.
(²) Councillor Rodgers was appointed to the Task Force on 16 February, 1995 to replace Deputy Liz McManus as the representative of the Democratic Left.
