152 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he has received an application for subsidy under the milk quota restructuring scheme from a person (details supplied) in County Cork; and if he will offer grant assistance in this instance. [5155/95]

An application form for subsidy under the 1994 milk quota restructuring scheme has been received from the person named. The application is in order and payment will issue at an early date.
