121 Mr. H. Byrne asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the outcome of his deliberations on the submission given to him in January 1995, on behalf of the deer farming community, particularly in relation to reintroducing stock relief at 110 per cent headage payments and other matters referred to in the submission; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I met a delegation from a section of the Irish deer farming industry in January 1995. A range of proposals was put forward by the delegation and I have issued a response to them.
