26 Mrs. Geoghegan-Quinn asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs the role, functions, powers and job descriptions of all programme managers appointed to his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4190/95]

I have one programme manager in my Department. His role is to assist me in managing and co-ordinating Government objectives as outlined in the Government's programme, A Government of Renewal.
