Limerick East): A major consultancy study has been carried out by Bain and Company, a UK based consultancy firm with wide experience of working with other Blood Transfusion Services, into the organisation and workings of the Blood Transfusion Service Board. I expect to receive the report very shortly and I am considering the question of publication.
