I am informed by the registrar of titles that dealing no. D.95CK05686G is a transfer order between the registered owner and the applicants which was lodged in the Land Registry on 8 May, 1995.
I am further informed that the dealing is being processed at present and it is hoped that registration will be completed within the next month.
