I have made the following appointments of directors and board members since taking up office:

Irish National Stud Co. Ltd	Mr. David Shubotham	Appointed 25/05/95
	Mr. Jim Beecher
An Bord Bia	Dr. Noel Cawley	Appointed 01/06/95

The appointees to the board of the Irish National Stud are directors.

The appointments to Teagasc and the National Milk Agency were on the basis of nominations from designated organisations. The nominees to the National Stud were reappointments.
