120 Dr. O'Hanlon asked the Minister for Equality and Law Reform the number of new and vacant posts in public service agencies under his aegis other than posts in the Civil Service approved since 1 January 1995; the number of such posts approved by him; the number approved since 1 May 1995; and the number and date of such approvals since 1 June 1995. Apart from vacancies filled by civil servants, in accordance with agreed administrative procedures, no new or vacant posts in public service agencies operating under the aegis of my Department have been approved by me since 1 January 1995.
