I move:
That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding on the Establishment of the European Telecommunications Office (the ETO Memorandum) and of the Arrangement, annexed to the ETO Memorandum, for a `one stop shopping' procedure for licences and other national authorisation for telecommunications services (the ETO-L Arrangement), copies of which were laid before the Dáil on 21 June 1995.
