102 Mr. D. Ahern asked the Minister for Education the current position of an application by a school (details supplied) in County Louth for grant assistance to enable it to proceed with rewiring of their school which is urgent; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [12233/95]

An application for grant assistance towards the rewiring of the school in question has been received by my Department.

A report on tender documentation was submitted to the planning and building unit very recently. Following examination of this report the Department will be in contact with the school authority.
