176 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for the Environment the waste recovery projects that are likely to be assisted under the Operational Programme for Environmental Services, 1994 - 1999; the type of assistance which will be offered; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16305/95]
Grant support will be made available under the Waste Management Sub-Programme of the Operational Programme for Environmental Services 1994-99 for selected capital expenditure by public and private sector operators on the provision of waste recovery infrastructure. Full details of these grants will be published shortly when the scheme has been approved, as required, by the European Commission.
