109 Mr. J. Walsh asked the Minister for Health if he will provide funding under the NOW Programme to the Cork Rape Crisis Centre to allow it to implement a Diploma in Sexual Abuse Counselling which will have NUI validation through UCC. [16207/95]

Limerick East): The Cork Rape Crisis Centre has recently sought a meeting to discuss its proposal for a diploma in sexual abuse counselling. I have asked senior officials of my Department to contact the centre with a view to discussing their proposal in detail.
