111 Mrs. Geoghegan-Quinn asked the Minister for Health the proportion of the £30 million of new finance devoted to childcare that was allocated to voluntary agencies or strategic partnerships with voluntary agencies who have spent decades running preventive community-based services on a totally voluntary basis; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
