16 Ms Keogh asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications whether all the recommendations of the Task Force on Commercial State Companies were implemented by 1 November 1995, in respect of each State company and subsidiaries under their control. [17428/95]
As I pointed out to the House on several occasions in the recent past, I have accepted the 31 recommendations of the task force, covering the areas of procurement of goods and services, asset disposal, internal audit and corporate governance.
I am currently in consultation with my colleague the Minister for Finance with a view to having these recommendations implemented as soon as possible.
