115 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice if she will have arrangements made to expedite a request to have a folio and file plan for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo released in view of the fact that it is urgently required in relation to a mortgage. [18824/95]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there is no record of an application having been lodged for a copy folio and file plan for the folio referred to by the Deputy.

If an application is now made to the Land Registry and the special circumstances of urgency as set out by the Deputy are indicated to the Land Registry, I understand that every effort will be made to provide the folio and file plan applicable to the particular folio mentioned in a period of about two weeks.
