Limerick East): During the past year, there have been on-going consultations between Department officials and the Southern Health Board on this issue. These discussions centred on issues of radiological protection, staffing levels and equipping requirements. The Deputy will wish to know that I recently gave the go-ahead to the Southern Health Board to appoint a design team for this project.
