90 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice the progress, if any, that has been made arising from her reply to Parliamentary Question No. 252 on 20 September 1995; and the action, if any, that is being taken in this regard. [4084/96]

As the Deputy has been previously informed, the matter has been referred to the Garda authorities for whatever action they consider appropriate. I do not propose to elaborate any further on this.
