64 Mr. Hyland asked the Minister for the Environment if he will make funding available for Laois/Offaly and Ballacolla group water schemes, County Laois; for the development of a new source at Drim, County Laois; for the implementation of a new scheme at Eglish and Rath, Birr, County Offaly; for the development of a new scheme; and if he will ensure that funding is provided for these works in 1996. These schemes will be considered in the context of the 1996 Estimates provision for group water schemes. I will announce details of the 1996 work programme as soon as possible.
