Written Answers. - Swords (Dublin) School.

Trevor Sargent

Question:

109 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for Education the progress, if any, being made for Coláiste Choilm, Swords, County Dublin to be included in the capital programme with a view to building a new school in view of the dilapidated condition of the current prefabricated structures and recent fire damage. [6830/96]

Sanction has been given to the authority of Cólaiste Choilm, Swords, County Dublin to proceed to stage IV, detail design, of the architectural planning process of the project.

Every effort is being made by my Department to expedite the planning process and the question of provision of capital will be considered at the appropriate stage.
