95 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he received an application by a person (details supplied) in County Cork for additional milk from the Milk Quota Appeals Tribunal; when the next meeting of the tribunal will be held; and if allocations made at this meeting will be valid for the 1995-96 milk quota year. An application to the Milk Quota Appeals Tribunal for additional quota from the person named was received in my Department on 21 March 1996. Because of the large number of applications already on hands for consideration by the tribunal, this particular application is unlikely to be reached at the next meeting of the tribunal on 4 April 1996. If an allocation is made to the person named during the 1996-97 milk quota year, it will be applicable in that quota year. The person named shall be notified directly of the outcome of his application in due course.
