138 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications whether he has received an application from a person (details supplied) in County Cork in respect of a grant towards the installation of electricity; and if so, if he will have arrangements made to have a grant paid. An application by this person under the farm electrification grants scheme was received in April 1996. The information provided by the applicant is insufficient to enable a decision on his eligibility to be taken and additional information has been requested. On receipt of this information, further consideration will be given to his application.
