Limerick East): As the Deputy may know, a review group was established to examine health and social services for people with physical and sensory disabilities in 1992. Its report, which is due to be published shortly, will provide a blueprint for the development of services for people with disabilities into the next decade. It is my intention that it should have the same status and impact as the report Needs and Abilities has had on services for people with a mental handicap.
