139 Mr. D. Ahern asked the Minister for Education the current position regarding the provision of extra building facilities at the De La Salle College, Dundalk, County Louth; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [10776/96]

Architectural planning of the proposed extension at the school in question is progressing.

Stage IV — detail design — has been submitted to my Department.

This submission is now being examined by my Department's technical staff.
