Question:

40 Mr. Killeen asked the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht the timescale he envisages for his Department's allocation of funding to the Burren Centre, Kilfenora, County Clare. [20951/96]

Tógfaidh mé Ceisteanna Uimh. 33 and Uimh. 40 le chéile.

I refer the Deputy to my reply to him of 31 October last. The position remains unchanged in that various options for the development of facilities at Kilfenora, Ballyvaughan and Corofin are under investigation at present by the Heritage Service of my Department.
Questions relating to funding and planning permission will be addressed when these investigations are complete.
