Written Answers. - Shooting Rights.
My Department had a general inquiry about shooting rights on behalf of the named persons. However there is no record of a specific application having been received from them. If the individuals concerned wish to have unused rights waived they should apply to the Land Registry under section 18 of the 1965 Lands Act.
