353 Mr. Dempsey asked the Minister for Education when the balance of European Social Fund moneys for the leaving certificate vocational programme for a school (details supplied) in County Meath, which were due to be paid in OctoberNovember 1996, will be paid; and the reason for the delay. Minister for Education (Ms Bhreathnach)

A grant of £1,000 was paid to the school in question in December, 1996 in respect of materials and other resources with the provision of the restructured leaving certificate vocational programme. Arrangements are being put in place to enable the payment of the balance of the grant to be made shortly.
