248 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice if individuals sleeping rough at a location (details supplied) in Dublin 10 constitute a serious threat to the public; and if so, the action, if any, being taken to dealt with the problem. [2227/97]

I am informed by the Garda authorities that they are not aware of individuals sleeping rough at the location in question and that no recent com-plaints have been made to them about the matter.
