82 Mr. N. Treacy asked the Minister for Justice the reason allocation, sub-division, and re-registration have not taken place on a property (details supplied) in County Galway; the reason for the delay; the date on which this will take place; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the Registrar of titles that this dealing relates to an application for first registration which was lodged on 19 June 1995. The latest queries issued to the lodging solicitors on 14 January 1997 and replies are awaited. The matter cannot proceed until the queries raised are satisfactorily discharged and it is, therefore, not possible to estimate a completion time at this stage.
