Comhair Iorrais Leader Teo, administers the Leader II programme in its area under the terms of an agreement signed with my Department. In accordance with the bottom-up philosophy of the programme, the development priorities, the application procedures for local projects, the assessment procedure and the decision making authority in relation to grant approvals are matters for the group. I have asked the group to provide the information to the Deputy.
