280 Miss Coughlan asked the Minister for Defence the number of public servants in areas falling within the remit of his Department who are currently on career breaks; and the number who have been waiting over two months to return to work. [2964/97]
Seventy public servants in areas falling within the remit of the Department of Defence are currently on career breaks as follows: nine civil servants; six civilians employed with the Defence Forces; 55 members of the Defence Forces. None have been waiting over two months to return to work.
