Question:

141 Mr. Dempsey asked the Minister for the Environment if he will confirm that the local authority loan scheme contained an option to repay loans over periods up to 35 years in each of the years from 1963 to 1965. [3604/97]

I confirm that local authority loans issued in each of the years in question could be repaid over periods of up to 35 years.
