200 Mr. Ferris asked the Minister for Justice if she has received a report from the gardaí on the recent violent attacks on members of Waterford Harriers; if those responsible have been identified; the action, if any, which has been taken to initiate charges against those responsible; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the Garda authorities that no members of the group referred to by the Deputy have made complaints of assault arising from the protest against the hunt which took place on 25 January 1997.
